Escudella Barrejada

In 2007 we opened our first Restaurant "El Diván de los Sentidos", it was very successful in the town of Cornellà, it was small, only 30 diners, little by little we were gaining customers thanks to the peculiar offer, Arte-Sana cuisine with fresh products, seasonal ... balanced cooking and a clear commitment to vegan cuisine. We made our way through Baix Llobregat, spreading our cookbook through workshops and courses. We gave of what  speak when supporting cultural, social integration, community action projects ... With our first project, the odd "Ciutat de Cornellà 2015" award and the odd label such as "Slow Food", "Cuina de Proximitat" fell. ... but the best, the hundreds of friends, and affection that we continue to maintain in Baix Llobregat.

There was a stop along the way and we added a key entrepreneur to our project who made us value the activity in a different way and we returned to the load offering our experience in the management of Association Canteens.

Currently we are three stores, two in Cornellà and one in Valencia.

La Cantina de Ruzafa, old "Patio de Ruzafa", is located in the most vital neighborhood of Valencia. It is the headquarters of Ateneos Valencia XXI,  known in the neighborhood as the Bar of the Communists, since the property belongs to UCE. Originally, this magnificent space with its extraordinary patio   It was Vicente Tatay's Luttier Guitar Factory

Our gastronomic proposal  It is aimed at providing a service to the neighborhood of local, seasonal and traditional cuisine, with affordable prices and friendly treatment.
